Personnel Committee

The role of this committee includes the development and maintenance of up-to-date employment documents and a Personnel Practices Handbook.

This committee assigns appropriate supervisors to staff members/employees and participates in the process of staff/employee reviews and evaluations. With the exceptions of the Church's calling of pastor(s), this committee oversees the process of hiring, retaining and/or terminationg staff/employees outlined in the Personnel Practices Handbook. The Personnel Committee reports to the Church Council.
